"An Act excluding certain recreational activities sponsored by an             
employer from coverage provided under workers' compensation,                   
unless participation is required as a condition of employment; and             
providing for an effective date."

"An Act excluding certain sports officials and certain recreational           
activities sanctioned by an employer from coverage provided under              
workers' compensation; and providing for an effective date."
